Frequently asked questions.

What's the deal with sea moss?

Sea moss, a nutrient-rich seaweed, is celebrated for its wide array of potential benefits. Packed with essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, it can be a valuable addition to a balanced diet. Often praised for supporting overall wellness, sea moss is versatile in use, whether blended into smoothies, added to recipes, or enjoyed on its own. Are Your Gummies Gluten Free?

Yes! Our gummies are 100% gluten free.

Are Bobby Seamoss Gummies Legal?

Heck yeah! Our products are made from federally legal hemp. As per the 2018 Farm Bill, it's totally cool to create and sell items with hemp-derived Delta-9 THC that stays below the 0.3% threshold by dry weight. You can easily place an order on our website if you're located in: AL, AZ, AR, CA, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, KY, ME, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, PR, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WV, WI, WY.

THC From Hemp?

THC, the groovy compound found in cannabis plants, remains consistent whether it comes from hemp or marijuana. Yet, according to the law, THC sourced from hemp stands in a league of its own. This distinction holds immense importance for both consumers and businesses. When THC is plucked from hemp and stays below the 0.3% concentration mark by dry weight, it dances perfectly within federal regulations, making it totally legal nationwide. This threshold isn't random; it's a carefully calculated boundary that guarantees the hemp product won't induce any mind-altering effects, distinguishing it from marijuana products that are still under federal scrutiny. By sticking to this 0.3% THC cap, hemp-based products enjoy a legal status that unlocks a treasure trove of possibilities for both medicinal and recreational purposes, all without crossing the federal lines. This legal foundation has laid the groundwork for a thriving hemp industry, offering consumers a wide array of THC-infused products without the legal headaches tied to marijuana. It's a subtle difference, but one that plays a key role in navigating the intricate world of cannabis legality.
